Why Should This Player Be Punished:
I was punching him and he hit me with his night stick and didnt cuffed me but when I started running again he ninja cuffed me and breaking rule 3.3 ( and I think that "Gohst" isnt a real family name).
And he gave me 4 years in jaik and 2K ticket for punching him and I think that wayyy to much for punching him once.
And for some unknown reason he tooked me to th jail cells using the ellevator and took me up again to walk me down the stairs where he punched me for no reason.
He also didnt answerd me in the looc chat.

The way I see ninjacuffing is if, for example, if an officer is on higher ground than you and he manages to cuff your face somehow.

Realistically he would grab your arm, do a bit of a swivel with you and cuff the other hand. There isn't an unrealistic approach to handcuffing someone from the front, sides or back.

BTW, according to to the laws, breaking 9.1 (Physical Assault) can make you serve a max. of 5 years jail sentence and pay a 5,000 $ ticket.

If you were running and he manages to catch you then he would've grabbed you by the arm as I've stated before. It is possible.

Yeah talking about realism. What about you punching a cop and then trying to evade? Just go with it, I honestly don't see the problem here. He stayed in character and tried to RP it out but you just decided to stop RP and activate saltmode and just minge around. If anyone broke rules here, it was you.
