Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was buying my regal appartment at bank right after I joined the server. I then see this blue audi TT and a sweatervest sitting inside. After I bought my appartment I wanted to buy some crafting materials in uncle cos but I had my ak on me which I forgot. I then see this sweatervest running after me. Right after I talked to the npc, I suddenly hear desert eagle shots and I'm dead. This guy killed me infront of an npc just to get my full ak.
He also broke 1.1 after I confronted him with the evidence from the RDM'ing
