Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 by staying for an excessive amount of time is a car. While being at direct gunpoint and being ordered to get out of the car. Player also stored his weapon in his trunk in the middle of an RP situation.
He was also refusing to give me his steam ID afterward.
