We got a 911 call about somebody was attacked and he had knocked the attacker out, he was damaged and I got there and got him bandaged. I did normal Police procedure and tried to figure out what happend between them, since it was near PD the man at the gate to Private Police Parking Lot saw everything, due to it was right outsite PD.

I asked him and he told that the guy began pushing and they basicly just defended themselfs, the guy after talking in like 5-10 minutes he decided to run away, and I decided I wanted to arrest him for not cooperating, since he was screaming, raging and didn't wanna give me he's ID, after that he left.

The player DID apologise, but i just don't feel it changes much. Since he left, and raged.

The evidence clearly shows and allows us to hear that in the heat of the moment Kaczak clearly said
"fuck this i'm dc'ing. As a result of this the user will be punished accordingly for his actions.
