@Daigestive it wasn't one punch and he made me bleed so him running up to me like that made me feel threatened for my life so I attacked him before he attacked me, also it wasnt infront of a cop

@BigNonce you were slightly injured and knew Lewis088 was right there. Your actions lead to him shooting you because batting someone down over a punch is excessive.

In a different situation, same player decided to gunpoint someone on the highway with a gun that has no bullets which wouldn't benefit him at all only put his life at risk.
