Why Should This Player Be Punished: When I arrested Aqua for stealing a car according to roadcrew I dragged him to my car on the highway at intersection, I then did a /me to put him in the car and he failed to get in claiming "the door wasn't open". My /me had already covered that and even if he didn't believe it did he still should have gotten into the car under rule 2.6 and made a report. This also resulted in him being ran over on the highway as a car came speeding past and killed him.
