Better video, He comes around the corner into a shootout.
I at first panick and think it was the TFU pushing me, so I fire a warning shot and tell him to leave or I will kill him (My mic is activated during this time while I GP him), despite being under GP he pulls his gun anyway, not following my orders to leave.

From what I can see, the person saw you shooting a bullet then decided to pull out his gun. Within this short period of time, there is no way you could of given any clear and direct actions and I wouldn't consider this being under 'gunpoint'. You should of not shot originally, then approached the person and directly told him to get on the ground.
