Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.20 - Disconnected from the server whilst in cuffs, as you can see in the video just abit as the Officer goes past intersection, you can see Dai's name disappear and the Officer telling me he disconnected. The whole situation prior was because he shot an Officer in front of PD and then he was later shot down by another LEO at Subs and was revived and in process of being taken back to PD to be arrested.
