Why Should This Player Be Punished: The player proceeded to kill me after allegedly punching his buddies, while the punch was done against the floor and only once, so it is an excessively negative reaction (2.5) and he did all of this in front of the suburbs storage NPC with no previous dealing with it (3.21) and finally, he admitted to being subject to police pursuit after the event, putting his life and/or freedom at high risk for murder at no benefit whatsoever because of a situation he consciously created himself. (3.4)
