What was Happening was that Doofenshmirtz decided to Commit some RDM outside of the Police Station, He shot me and a Medic with a Small Revolver, Since i was On Duty as a Officer, I Proceeded to Shoot him Down, After the Medic he shot Revived him, I Cuffed him, While Dragging him back, He Goes ahead and Disconnects, Henk was Swift with the Ban Hammer for the DC in Cuffs, But the Attempted RDM, since i made a F6, Lead to this AR.
