Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke both 5.6 and 3.21 by kidnapping after gunpointing me from Jennifers car park into Mcuwes in front of 2 NPC's both the jennifers and ragnatech. This was no benefit to him whatsoever.

I think you forgot to read, the AR is about Dai being forced into the building, from a public carpark in full view of everyone.

@Epic_ when you are planning on mugging someone you cannot force them to move into a property as it is considering kidnapping them which Rule 5.6 clearly states you cannot kidnap someone with the sole intention of mugging them. Furthermore, the area at which you were mugging Dai was clearly in public view to where anyone going past (in this instance, the NPCs) would be able to witness the whole incident. You need to ensure that your surroundings are out of public view before proceeding.

For this, you will receive a warning for your actions.
