Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Rule 6.3: User killed another citizen at the City Hall in front of 2 NPC's. He did not take action against any of the NPC's which could have ended with them giving the police a description and him getting arrested. This proves he did not consider the NPC's as normal players which is a breakage of "6.3".

Rule 3.4: User killed a citizen at the City Hall, which is next to the PD, and didn't care about the CCTV's or NPC's. He did not take action against the 2 NPC's that saw him do the crime nor did he take action against the two CCTV's that caught the whole thing. Now, I know that he ran away quickly, but not taking care of the NPC's would still result on a jail time sentence. He should have at least killed him somewhere else instead of the City Hall which is well secured and very public.

Fasool I think this AR is pretty clear I admit I broke these rules and me and my stupid head always wanna kill people at dumb places. So note to me dont do it again. So we'll see what happens and I will accept my punisment.

Now to a more serious point of view. The breakage of 3.4 and 6.3 is pretty clear so I don't really see what more I can say other than that.

Harry killes the guy for mugging his friend if im not mistaken, he ran away immidiatly after shooting him instead of wasting time killing npcs and destroying cctv which could of resulted in a way longer jail sentence for mass murder and destruction of goverment property.

So by looking at the Video, i think we can all agree that the broke 3.4, he didn't take the NPC's or the CCTV cameras into consideration. He killed the guy inside the City Hall , theres would be alot of people here at this time of the day, and its a Desert Eagle, i do belive the shots can be heard from the Police Department aswell because of its extreme power. And i still don't get the reason to really kill him? And aswell in such a public view aswell.
