Why Should This Player Be Punished: he got his car parked at gas station, we driving past and he's right in the way, we were going like max 5mph in Mini Cooper and he was in front of the car, he then pulls an m4a1 out of his trunk and sprays down the car, wrecking it. my friend pulls out his m9 and I rush with my bat, and my friend kills him. I take the m4a1 and my friend bleeds to death. few minutes later we get hunted down by his friends, mr bob bobov and some other people, even though Nathan was too far from us to see name, except for the car, and we then had our car wrecked again by 2 armed men, and killed for stealing his m4a1 because he's bad at shooting. he's previously pulled a rifle on me for driving my car near him on a pavement, apparently trying to run him over. I didn't even knock him down with my car in this situation, and if I was the victim, my first response wouldn't be to shoot at them, unless I was on some legendary unrealistic rp server. we lost our m9 and baseball bat, along with all the car repair cash. can't remember all the rules, though I'd expect one of those play realistically ones was broken

[DOUBLEPOST=1514340994][/DOUBLEPOST]also mr bob told me in looc that according to the rules I have to have stuff I've stolen either on me or in my trunk, but that's a load of horse shit because I've read the rules. while I'm not allowed to use trunk if I'm in danger, I used trunk after Nathan had been killed, and there was no threat at any point then, and no threat while I was transporting the gun from my trunk to storage.
also is it really stealing if I took it off a dead guy? I think we've won it fair and square if he tried to kill us and we successfully defended ourselves

R don't run into someone and then keep driving cause that's just means you don't care about injuring someone.
