The purpose of this AR is for a staff ruling on these incidents. I don't believe there is anything to be gained from discussing it here.

Both players will be warned for 3.26. There is really no reason for them to stall, you even had them grabbed by their legs which should prevent them from closing the doors but they still did it.

By the way, players in handcuff cannot resist, there is no need to /roll or for the handcuffed person to resist as he simply cannot.
