Why Should This Player Be Punished: Breaking 3.19 Evading arrest and Evasion,3.4 Putting your life at risk ,4.1 didn't follow the laws as Roadcrew and 3.15 Vehicle Damage as RC with Tow Truck
At first I saw him keep ramming car and ppl on the road so I get rid of him and warned him for first time didn't put him in jail or ticketed. then I found him driving recklessly at the bazaar park and keep ramming people I ask him to stop and directly GP and him and he won't stop so I get to try battering ram him out but his car crash then he try to fix it I told him to stop and he won't so this time I ticketed him and put him in jail for 7 years then he said "got 7 years in jail and 4000$ ticketed for being a good RC". then third time I found him again. He keep doing the same stuff so I tried to arrest him and then he DC to evade arrest
