Why Should This Player Be Punished:
This player broke rule 3.20 disconnecting from the server & 3.24 Staying in Character, we got a 911 call saying someone was breaking into a car at the bank, when I turned up I realised that it's the same guy I had spoken to less then five minutes before and I knew he had a crow bar because he had shown me before so I detained, as I put him into my car he proceeded to brake character and disconnected from the server while in cuffs.
