Why Should This Player Be Punished: Ran away from gunpoint. He was in a mini cooper, and when I gunpointed him and repeated to stop and get out of his car. He didn't listen and risked his life by driving away. When he hit a tree, he got out and pulled out a deagle on me, resulting into me dying. This player should be punished for breaking 3.4 rule.
