Why Should This Player Be Punished:
3.4, user had been detained for illegal transportation of a firearm. His friend opened the passenger door and abetted his escape from a ticket and confiscation. He says he's killed a lot of cops previously but it's quite obvious the officer is unaware of this and wanted to take care of the firearm only.

Then i wanna point out 10mins before i escaped i had been in a massive shootout in slums where cops still survived. And if u think realistic he wouldn't be able to ticket me without any form for ID. I know this isn't a must when roll playing but he would get my name when he had ticket me anyways.'

3.4 : So i wouldn't really say this is 3.4 as i already would go in for 10years for killing LEOS in slums.

Even though the officer giving him the ticket didn't know that he had previously killed officer, another officer could have come along and arrested him for his previous crimes.​
