Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was wanted for murder and as i went past the intersection Owen apparently managed to identify me just by me driving by at 30mph on the other side of the road. This ended up in this whole mess: https://perpheads.com/threads/ar-medulla.27667/

I personally believe Owen metagame the fact he knows out of character the red Mclaren P1 is mine and used that instead of actually seeing me. I was hoping @McYeke could upload a small video clip of his perspective so we can clear this up.

Then at this video he says "I got baggers" after changing both my appearance and my clothing.

I am going to write a statement before I upload the video when home,

Only IC methods of identification were used, I never knew you even owned the McLaren until an officer shouted it up, hence why I was looking for it and as I happen to see one turning at intersection I looked through your side window as you reached the corner and you matched the description (also previously arresting you I know what you look like), at 30MPH you can still be identified whilst driving as realistic standards, if there is a keen eye, you came close on the inner lane of the highway which gave me a clear line of sight to your face and torso.

in regards to your first video, your voice identified you, you can change your ethnicity but your voice was still the same, I used your voice as identification as it was apparent you were inside the building when your friend shot the officer.

I know you seem really unhappy that voice is not a "method of identification" as you appeared on my stream chat to challenge it, but it justifies it.

If voice identification is not allowed then that needs to be clarified because if I speak and am "not seen" then people can't just run and shout "Owen" or "Testa" who has a distinct voice (Sorry for using you as an example @Testa Lagusa )

Besides your attempt at taking the "piss" with the meme and then trying to deconstruct the video again I will re-iterate 1. I never knew the McLaren was yours until an officer called it in as I was only aware you had your purple van oocly.
2. The speed you drove at was ample enough for facial identification, even @Blue saw it whom was watching my stream at the time, I am not the type of person to ID someone randomly without any trace of justification.
3. If I did appear to be wrong at the vehicle you would have been let go however I was 100% certain it was yourself and it turned out to be you from you using your voice of which gave me a positive ID.

You even got what you wanted in the sit to be released from the lawful arrest and ticket
