Why Should This Player Be Punished: Breaking 2.1 3.4 6.3, I was LT, i just finished a situation when i got in my police car and went back i saw a illegal parked car in front of storage, i went out of my car and i want to have a talk with the person, he stepped out took his shotgun out and killed me before i could say something about a verbal warning or a ticket. he did not take care of the NPC's and he did not take care of the CCTV camera, as i asked the dispatcher out of character afterwards for this AR. Tyler broke the rule 3.4 and 6.3, he obviously was going to get a ticket but decided to risk a 10 year sentence over 500 dollars.
This is obviously a violation of the rules and him being a semi known player he should know them.
