All of them:
3.4 - Jumped off City Hall for no reason
4.1 - Secret Service: The SS decided to illegally discharge their weapons at CH as well as the PD, as well as trespassed into PD.
Note: All of them were aware of the rules they're breaking. One of them even said after I said I am making an AR: "It's an action request. Basically he's going to get us in trouble and we'll probably just get a 1 day ban. So no worries."
NOTE:
I attempted to calm them down by saying that I've been warned for this (This being a lie, I've been warned for 3.4 not for that though). So I went to the PD to see if they'll do more stupid shit and ofc they did.
