His/Her Steam/In-game Name: Nassim - Nassim Salhi
Why he should be punished: User broke 3.4 several times by running into the intersection to evade an arrest for assault. He then, while under several nightstick hits, continued to attempt to run away, even though he was clearly badly injured and was hit repeatedly with the nightstick. This resulted in him falling unconcious, but luckily a medic was nearby. Once revived, he was handcuffed and, despite several /me places suspect inside vehicle commands, he refused to roleplay and continued to run away. After I said in LOOC chat, "I'm going to call an admin mate, you're breaking 3.4", he promptly disconnected.
