Why Should This Player Be Punished?: She broke 3.4 but pulling her gun up while I gunpointed her. She first thought it was a joke but then I told her it wasn't and she did it again. I just tried to tell her that she broke 3.4 by pulling it up cause I didin't really want to shoot her. I was going for a mug but it was quite stupid. I should have just shot her when she pulled it up. Never going to do that again..

We were basing together, i thought it was a joke IC, he kept on saying "put it down" which made me believe it wasnt, when it was in agressive stance, so i put 2 bursts center mass.

You wouldnt take gunpoint as a joke from a stranger but if youre basing toghether you would and you can shoot someone if your gunpointed and have your gun in passive

Nelu already had his gun in his hands when you gun pointed him, and therefore is allowed to point his gun at you even when you are pointing it at him.
