He should be punished because he broke 3.4 as well as 3.6. I held him at gunpoint for Hitting me with a baseball bat but he contiued to hit me and kill me while he was being held at gunpoint. Then i got revived by medics and i found him again later on. i pulled out a pistol and told my mate to get the cops so i could hold him at gunpoint until the police arrived because i wanted my gun back. but he told me to just pull the trigger. and then his mate came behind me and shot me.
