Why Should This Player Be Punished: So my buddy Delta Force (James) was being arrested and i helped him escape. After that a speed enforcer pulled us over and knowing it's the end if he sees that delta is cuffed, i decide to GP him and take him hostage. I tie and gag him, take his radio and equipment, while i open the door for Delta he proceeds to try and walk away, i do multiple /me drags but he doesnt react and kept walking backwards, i then kill him because there's no use. I believe he violated 3.6 and 3.26.

If this man is in fact found guilty i would like a refund worth of 1 deagle mag, as I believe I wouldn't have fired my gun if he cooperated
