NOTE: I am unsure who killed me but assuming from the OOC chat following my death it may have been him that killed me. I was also going to ask for them back within the game but the player left before I could do so.

Why Should This Player Be Punished: He killed me for what appears to be no reason, he just ran out of the house shouting get on the ground then opened fire with no threat to him, although beforehand there were shots fired but nothing from a SPAS. I did have my SPAS out but it was in a passive stand so he was in no danger. I assumed he was talking to the guy with the M4 but then he opened fire on me (3.4 broken) so I ran to bandage. He then resumed killing me although I had done absolutely nothing to him. I am not too bothered about the punishment, I would like to have my weapons back as I believe they were lost without justifiable reason.
