Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 and 2.5 i was raiding the user's base as then i failed to bobby pin it i decided to get out of slums i didn't have any weapon in hand was just going down the stairs when this user decided to gun point me without giving me any orders assuming i'm the raider without being sure also without me showing any threat towards him he started firing trying to kill me as then i killed him he put his life at risk got himself killed instead of just going up the stairs back to his friend's apartment i guess im not even sure he live there he assumed i'm the raider without seeing me in the first place, he ruined my plan and alerted his friends in the raid by suicide?

asked the user for his ooc name didn't answer me gave him plenty of time to give out his ooc name didn't answer me had to wait for a staff for 40 minutes.

We owned the entire slums apartments at the time, was pretty quiet the entire time they were in there. They communicated via the org chat by saying there was a raid ongoing. You was the only person in there at the time, do you seriously not expect to get shot at whilst raiding an apartment no matter if your bobby pin broke or not? He isn't going to GP you, since you've already tried to break into their house. You have to take the risk of flankers coming in, which in this case they did, but wasn't successful. Once you got shot at you decided to do a stupid bunnyhop up the stairs to avoid the bullets which is 3.3. Even after killing him you decided to try and break in again failing.

This is your own fault and this happens when you try raid an org - People get notified, you get fucked.

How can you say to me to stay out of it when I was there . I dont get what you're trying to do either by listing what I put?
