Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5 and 3.4 skippy decided to gun down officers for absolute no reason at all, he assumed that he was warranted which isn't true skippy was never warranted, the officers on scene was dealing with another user posing no threat or reacting towards skippy also was never aware of skippy in the first place as then skippy decided to gun them down risking his own life ended up dying.
