He decided to kill me and kirk after I have made a 911 report about my car being stolen which is him who stole it. When he got confronted by kirk who is a cop by that time when he know he is getting handcuffed he decided to pull out a gun and kill kirk then me afterward which made me lost my mp5k.

As I have tried contacting Philip over steam but seem to get no response and he currently got no forum account there's no way of getting his side at the time, therefore I'm gonna add a warning to his record for the given actions. If he doesn't agree with the warning he's more than free to submit a warning dispute explaining his actions.​
