Once the user was confronted in game, as was attempted to be cuffed by a similarly ranked officer, the user ran off to PD and went off duty to disallow us to arrest him.

Yeah I was under threat as the tax was on 50% because the city funds were on $0 and he put a advert saying my location and where I was.
