Why Should This Player Be Punished: Tim killed a person that was bobby pinning his door (door wasnt broken open yet as the bobby pin broke), 2 minutes later i arrived, told him he wasnt allowed to shoot him yet till his door was broken open, then i explained to him that he broke law 9.6 Manslaughter, before he even knew what was going to happen to him (jail / ticket) he just killed me.
