Why Should This Player Be Punished: I pulled up projex to my org member saying he was in trouble and I needed to kill someone. The moment I pulled up my car got blown up from people inside. Tinky was driving around me stating that this was a shootout, after having said that he got out of his car and mowed me and my car down for no justifiable reason.
Inch took the report and stated that since both parties did similar things, he will only speak to Tinky and inform him about his misbehavior as Tinky meant to say that I was supposed to leave. I believe this to be wrong for multiple reasons.
If the other party believes our party broke rules, they should proceed to make an AR request in a similar way.
If Tinky meant to say other things, he should've done so. The words he did say did not give him a justifiable reason to mow me down for standing outside projex.
