Why Should This Player Be Punished: I believe this player broke 3.4 and possibly 2.4.

3.4 - The user shot me for trying to stop him carrying 1 drug pot up the stairs. This is 3.4 has he is endangering his life and risking a jail sentence for 1 drug pot, which is around about 6k.

2.1 - Who would shoot a cop to keep 1 pot of drugs in real life? Definitely un-realistic.
