Why Should This Player Be Punished: First piece of evidence i'm not so sure about it second one i'm 100% sure it was proppushing. First time i guess Wiki proppushed the car and it went flying up in the air knocked Wiki and another playerout. Second time Wiki proppushed a car from the PLPD towards RC but Wiki died while doing it at slums Shady street, Car got weirdly stuck on a lightpole in front of slums. Then when someone from staff wanted to put it back on it's wheels, it it was all messed up so he had to return it to storage!
By doing all the things stated above and seen in the Video Wiki clearly brakes rule 3.11 Leveraging Pushing
