Why Should This Player Be Punished: 4.1 - Follow the Law, 4.4 Road Crew Workers
The user broke the two rules in this fashion, 4.1 - The RC worker was constantly minging about as RC, constantly committing traffic offences of red lights, headlights and speeding on-top of this when it came to his colleague being arrested he failed to report the murder his colleague committed and when I started to arrest his colleague and was at the cells, he took it upon himself to tow my vehicle ethically stealing it as reported by a 911 call from @Slayerduck

- earlier in this escapade before Will became RC he decided to try and break laws near the RC as a medic which I hardly witnessed as when he was near police he stopped

Sadly I cannot provide demo of him stealing the car as I did not witness it however if Baggers is able/willing to provide his POV that would be awesome
I also cannot provide many demos as when I arrived he stopped what he was doing sadly, so I only have screenshots
