Why Should This Player Be Punished?: This guy is obvious hacking, follows me with his aim though the wall shooting at me, even I jumped down to regals 4 he still follows me with his aim and shoots. Funny part is that he is also on a VPN, hmmmm how convenient.

Well to be fair it is pretty suspicious, but maybe you were really lucky. Pretty sure it's not salt in this case considering how suspicious it really is. So yes, please provide a demo within 48 hours.
