Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, 3.6, 3.20, 3.26. Changing steam name so we wouldn't know it is him.
After a few situations at Suburbs he got arrested and we wanted to kill him for attempting to murder me. Me and @Blue saw a guy in the same outfit as him going into the underpass so we went there as seen in the video. He then Failed to co-operate with the /me and /desc breaking rule 3.26. He is also seen changing his steam name into tricking us he is not the guy we are looking for but I googled his steamid and found out it was ShadowTyler. He then punched me and did not co-operate with my demands under gunpoint breaking rule 3.4 and 3.6 so I shot him dead. I finished him off but somehow the server didn't think I finished him off and he later returned to kill me but failed miserably. When he died there he disconnected shortly after breaking rule 3.20. Not sure if he disconnected while he was dead but I am pretty sure he did.
