User risked his life while under gunpoint and in the process he died due to him pulling out a weapon. The barrier wasn't really protective as the rifle can penetrate one barrier especially two rifles can. Also, was point blank range he had no real escape or good plan to defend himself.

If it hadn't been for that life alert we wouldn't get penetrated by the police force
I think he very much knew what he did wrong and I think that he should be punished.
