Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Basically jumped into my car when I was picking someone up and then procceded to call the police claiming to have been kidnapped, I then gunpointed him to get out of my car which is when he began an animation (Either planting bomb or locking picking I dunno the difference) which is when I shot him. 2 hours later I go to buy 30k worth of seeds walking to my apartment and get arrested for murder by (Steam Name):Eman and he confiscated my weapon and when I was telling him what happened refused to listen and just took my seeds aswell then put me into jail for both max sentence and ticket. I then reported this ingame and @BigBenji was on at the time, he said that it wasnt Eman's fault for acting on the warrant and didn't continue looking into the report before leaving
