i was driving with without brake any law my car and this pollice officer chased me on bridge and he said to stop car i stoped my car and he said to dont stop car on bridge i went better spot to stop and stopped my car in second this police jammed me out of car and arrested me for no reason confiscated my weed and he wrote 3000$ ticket plus arrest

If you think someone broke the rules go here and make an Action Request with the appropriate template. As I see it at the moment though, the issue would be better solved within an Internal Affairs complaint. You can make one by going here. Also you need evidence for both Action Requests and Internal Affair complaints.
