Got the complete wrong idea, thanks for @Tomiko actually telling me what the hell happened, I am reducing the ban sentence. Due to everyone being called John Doe I didn't have a clue who was who. Obodian, I didn't have a clue what the hell you were going on about last night, I thought you were the one in the blue vehicle, now I see what you mean when you say you didn't kill him. You're ban has been reduced to a week for ignoring the gunpoint.
