Understandably, @AyJay has had a lot of recommendations in the past.
AyJay is a brilliant member of the community; especially in the staff team.
AyJay is always there when you need help. No matter whom it may concern he is always happy to assist them whether it'd be reports, getting to understand the community or just plain and simple questions which may go unheard of.
I've seen some of AyJay's efforts to succour everyones needs. It's mainly in OOC however he comes forward to help even the most lonely of newcomers.
