Why were you punished?: n 3.4, 3.16, 4.1 - User as an LEO ran into the jail cells and shot at three hostage takers where no authorisation had been given by the Officer-In-Charge, and where one of the hostage takers was very obviously holding a frag grenade. This resulted in the death of the user and another LEO close to the blast, and risked the lives of the hostages and others. The user has also been kicked for being AFK for a prolonged period of time while on a job a few times this week.

Why should this appeal be considered?: hello, i just wanted to say it was a risky situation but nonetheless i should have complied and followed orders to the higher officer but also i am pretty sure the only one that died was the 3 hostage-takers and me which i thought maybe a good idea but against the rules and i apologize for that and i was pretty sure it was more of a pd thing like I-A not a server rule broken but apologies to the guys and i hope my ban can be lowered or something i just bought my gt3
