Why should this appeal be considered?: So a year has passed since my ban. Again I learned my lesson. Im not trying to get sympathy or anything but I invested years in this account. It is sad and I really want to return. I have matured again the paypal thing im willing to get an agreement on what the damages were and get them sorted out. Please man
