Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Shot someone leaving the dealer at docks without giving them any commands. Disconnected less than ten minutes after committing the crime. - Banned for Enforcer Allen.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I suppose I'm using this incorrectly as I don't have video evidence, for that I apologize. However I'm very frustrated with this ban and simply cannot wait 3 days to speak to an admin in game. What happened was, it was about 3:40 in the morning for me (EST) so in the last few minutes online I thought I'd try and rob someone at the dealer as I've never done this before. When this person bought/sold from the dealer, I hopped out from cover, gun in hand, and told him (in voice chat) that he was being mugged and I'd kill him if he didn't drop his money. But he ignored me entirely and just kept running past me, despite having certainly heard me. I shot him once in the back/leg and decided it wasn't worth the chase and let it go. Then, as it was almost 4 in the morning for me, I got offline shortly after putting my items in storage. I'm certain that the guy who reported me did not provide a clip. otherwise the reviewing admin would know that I did, in fact, give commands. I'm frustrated having been banned at what appears to be only the word of another. I do understand why it might appear I got offline after my crime but that is simply because it was so early in the morning on the east coast. It just doesn't make sense that I'd just RDM him at the dealer.
Additional Information: I truly apologize for using this apology feature in a way it wasn't intended. Of course, I don't have a clip of something I did last night. The only reason I've decided to go about this in this way is because I've been banned twice for what I feel were unfair circumstances, and rather than complaining I simply decided I should learn the rules better which I have done my best to do. In my 10 years of Garry's mod, I've never really played DarkRP for the roleplay aspect, but this server is truly something else and I would hate to keep stacking up these crazy bans and eventually not be able to play this server anymore. I appreciate your time regardless, sorry for the lengthy post.
