Why were you punished?: 2.5 - Started a police pursuit and shot a police officer over a traffic ticket
Why should this appeal be considered?: At the time, I was poor and really didn't want a traffic ticket, so I believed lethal force was necessary to avoid going bankrupt. I know now that what I did was wrong, but it felt right at the time. This is not an excuse, but an explanation. I recognize what I did was wrong, and I am deeply sorry for doing it.
