Why were you punished?: 3.4 - user pulled a gun under gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: Firstly I wish to apologize towards Blobvis, me breaking gunpoint caused the situation to change into a whole different situation. I would also like to apologize towards you for even trying to justify myself, as the clip obviously showed you being close enough to gun point me. At the moment I was a bit confused if I was allowed to get my gun out or not. But that is all my fault, I should have been more careful going in the shootout. Overall it was a situation where I should have been more careful and just thought twice before exiting that car, everything was moving so fast that I didn't have time to think, only after I killed you I realized what I had done and it might've been breaking gun point. I apologize for everything.
