Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 Killed an officer in the middle of bazaar unprovoked for previously giving them max prison time and max ticket. Bad record on 3.4.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I apologize for breaking rule 3.4. I did not have a complete understanding of the rule even after being banned for it previously. I have now gone over the rule again and have been told where I was wrong by an admin. I thought you could get revenge on someone not realizing it also has to be for a beneficial reasons. Now that I know this I am sorry to the cop I murdered and I am confident it will not happen again. I know this isnt an excuse for my actions but I hope you can still understand.
