Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 4.1, 2.5 - User, as an Officer, overshot a stationary vehicle for no reason, took another Officer to farm against their will and opened fire on a Captain trying to apprehend a rogue Officer. Clearly knows better but has no intention to play properly. - Extended to permanent for failure to provide a demo file within a requested timespan
Why should this appeal be considered?: With this not being the first appeal I feel as if the original ban reasoning for the incident involving taking another officer hostage and later executing him has already been dealt with and is not a core reason of why the ban is still being upheld to this day. This also applies to not sending the demo, something I cleared up due to having my pc optimised on multiple occasions (can get a vouch and evidence of this if requested by staff).
The two reasons of which why my ban is being denied has been set to two reasons, both of which I will answer honestly and to the best of my ability below (confirmed as the reasoning by Bolli).
1. Playstyle
Whilst I agree wholeheartedly with Bolli that my playstyle does not suit the current playerbase of PERP I must also make it abunduntely clear that I have 0 intentions of treating the server the same as before and doing nothing but raiding, blowing up 4 apartments at once whilst leading a toxic trail behind. Being in the strongest group and acting in this way made others feel they could follow suit and it led to an extremely hostile environment for both players and staff, this is something, especially as I get older, something I truly regret and deeply apologise for everything I put other players and staff alike through.
2. Toxicity
This is without a doubt something that I cannot fault staff for keeping me banned for, I have had 4 bans previously for my behaviour, mainly stemmed towards staff members and although it never led to me being community wide banned before(I believe?), it was definitely a recurring issue with my behaviour. For this again, I would like to whole heartedly apologise to the entire community for the way I acted both on and off of the server in those times.
I would really appreciate if this appeal could be properly read over and discussed, the last time I logged onto the server I was 21 years of age and I have now just turned 25. In this time I have changed a lot as a person and I simply wish to slot back into the community so that I can once again enjoy the server with some familiar faces.
