Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Shot civilian after mugging someone even though the civilian didn't pose an immediate threat and shooting him risked his life.
Why should this appeal be considered?: im sorry won't do it again wanna play today and tomorrow its being lifted so if it can be relieved a day early will appreciate it, i didn't believe i had done anything wrong but the appeal was denied so i guess i won't be doing that again i have learnt my lesson!
